We specialize in beautiful Amerlink Log Homes, which incorporate energy-efficient technologies and design elements that insure durability and long life. Numerous log-home models and corresponding cost-effective building packages are available, all of which can be modified to meet your needs and wishes. Custom log homes and other log structures also can be designed and built to your specialized requirements. We build log homes primarily in Ohio and West Virginia, but have constructed homes from Maine and North Carolina to Arizona.

All our log structures use durable eastern white pine or cedar logs milled to precise Amerlink specifications. These specifications are critical to constructing log homes and structures that require minimal upkeep while insuring long life.

Each log is milled so that the bottom of the log extends slightly beyond the top of the log under it. This "invisible lip" prevents water from creeping into the crack between the logs, and prolongs durability.

Although we have built log homes as far east as Maine and North Carolina, most of our log homes are located in Ohio and West Virginia, where our operations are centered. We also are developing a log-home community among the rolling hills of Belmont County, Ohio (southeast Ohio).

Additionally, we are actively involved in the Arizona Friends Community (mostly retirement and second homes) in the beautiful Sulpher Springs Valley of southeast Arizona. There, we have constructed homes that employ other building techniques and materials, some of which are "traditional" to that location. We have extensive experience in selecting construction materials and techniques that are appropriate to the setting and environment.
